Grievance Officer
Version 2026-08-28-v1 · effective 28 August 2026
If something here concerns you — an image of yourself you did not authorise, how your data has been handled, a buy link that went wrong, or a decision we made about your account — this is the person who has to answer, and the time they have to answer in.
Who
- Name
- Rohit Mahaseth
- Designation
- Founder and Grievance Officer
- Address
- to be confirmed
You do not need an account. Somebody who finds an image of themselves here will not have one, and this channel is built for them first.
What to send
- Your name, and an email address or phone number we can reply to.
- The link to the look, comment or profile — or the image itself, if you have that and not the link.
- What is wrong with it, in your own words.
- If it is an image of you, say so explicitly. That is what puts it in the two-hour lane.
You will get a reply carrying a ticket reference. Keep it — it is how you chase us, and how you appeal.
How long we take
| Complaint | Deadline |
|---|---|
| Acknowledgement of anything at all | 24 hours |
| An image of a person shown without their consent | 2 hours |
| Other removal requests under the community guidelines | 36 hours |
| A complaint about how your own data was handled | Acknowledged in 72 hours, resolved within 30 days |
| Everything else | 7 days |
If we do not fix it
You can appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted under rule 3A of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, within 30 days of our decision. For a data-handling complaint you may also approach the authority with jurisdiction under the applicable data-protection law.
