Terms of Use
Version 2026-08-28-v1 · effective 28 August 2026
These are the terms on which you use theLookFeed. Using the service means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
Who may use it
- You must be 18 or over. We collect a date of birth and enforce it.
- Access is granted by approval rather than open sign-up. We may grant, refuse or withdraw it.
- One account per person, and do not share it.
What it costs
Nothing. There is no checkout, we take no payment and we hold no card details. Generation is bounded by a quota; more can be requested in the app and is granted at our discretion — it is not sold.
What you may upload
- Photographs of yourself only. Do not upload a photograph of another person, and do not generate images of anyone else.
- You keep ownership of everything you upload.
- You give us a licence to store, process and display your content for the purpose of operating the service — nothing wider. It is revocable: delete the content or the account and the licence goes with it. It is not a licence to use your face in marketing; that would need separate consent, asked for at the time.
- The community guidelines say what may not be posted, and they are part of these terms.
AI-generated images
Every look image is generated by AI from your photographs. Each carries a visible “AI Generated” label and provenance metadata. A generated image shows a garment as the model renders it — it is not a photograph of that garment on you, and fit, fabric, drape and colour can differ from the real item.
Shop links
- theLookFeed is not the seller. We hold no inventory, take no payment and are not a party to your purchase.
- The sale contract is between you and the merchant. Returns, refunds, warranty, delivery and cancellation are governed by that merchant’s own policy, not ours. We cannot accept a return or issue a refund for a garment.
- Buy links are affiliate links, labelled “Affiliate”. We may earn a commission, and the price you pay is not changed by it.
- We do not control merchant listings; a price or an availability shown here can be out of date by the time you arrive.
Suspension, and how to appeal it
We may remove content or restrict an account that breaks the guidelines or the law. If that happens to you, you can appeal — write to the Grievance Officer, who answers within the deadlines published there. You can close your own account whenever you like.
What we are responsible for
We run this carefully, but we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or that a generated image will be accurate. Nothing here limits a right you have under Indian consumer law, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law, and where a dispute is heard
These terms are governed by the law of India. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory right to bring a complaint where you live or work — we do not ask you to agree to an exclusive forum. For business counterparties, the courts at Bangalore have jurisdiction.
Changes
We publish changes here with a new version number and effective date, and tell you in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
